นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน (ภาษาไทย)
ระยะเวลาการคืนสินค้า
ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
เงื่อนไขการรับคืนสินค้า
- รับคืนกรณีสินค้าชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่ตรงตามที่สั่งซื้อ
- ต้องแสดงหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน หรือเลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อ)
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน
- สินค้าที่สั่งผลิตเฉพาะหรือสินค้าลดราคาพิเศษ อาจไม่สามารถคืนได้
การคืนเงิน
หลังจากได้รับสินค้าและตรวจสอบเรียบร้อย บริษัทจะดำเนินการ เปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ หรือ คืนเงินให้ลูกค้าภายใน 7 วันทำการ ผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม
ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า
- ติดต่อทีมงาน BISMON แจ้งเหตุผลการคืนสินค้า
- ส่งสินค้าคืนมาที่บริษัท พร้อมหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ
- บริษัทตรวจสอบสินค้าภายใน 3 วันทำการ
- ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินภายใน 7 วันทำการ

Return Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 business days after receiving the product. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
- Returns accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Proof of purchase required (receipt or order number)
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom-made or specially discounted items may be non-returnable
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.

- We inspect the product within 3 business days
