The B1-ACSU1-100K Lightning Current Arrester is a Premium-grade Class I / Type 1 Surge Protective Device designed in strict accordance with IEC/EN 61643-11 international standards. Engineered exclusively for installation at Main Distribution Boards (MDB) at the building service entrance, this device provides the highest level of protection against direct lightning strikes (Lightning Protection Level I-II) with an impulse current rating of Iimp 25 kA / 50 kA (L-N / N-PE) at 10/350μs waveform and a maximum discharge capacity of Imax 100 kA. Operating on 1P+N 230VAC systems for TT and TN-S networks, it is the preferred choice for Solar Farms, Telecom Stations, high-rise buildings with lightning rod systems, and high-risk lightning-exposed areas.
